Meghan hardesty - assistant operations manager
Meghan joins us from a long career in hospitality - having worked with some of the finest chefs and restaurant groups in the St. Louis region - along with the restaurants she and her husband own. Throughout her career in fine dining, Meghan worked as a Beverage Manager. This experience has given her a vast knowledge in wine, wine buying & spirits (she’s an award winning bartender too!)
Meghan has a business degree from Indiana University, three lovely children and a love of great food and wine. Her desire to create longterm relationships and provide excellence to guests is what we are so excited about when she came on board.
